“LOVED Bill Potter’s stories and history lessons!! Loved fellowship with other families...” —Tom and Deb G. (2015 Atlanta Campaign Tour, Georgia)
Come hear the accounts of the flesh-and-blood soldiers of both sides and the citizens of Atlanta who were caught up in the devastation of the War. We will visit Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield where Union Maj. Gen. William T. Sherman launched a massive frontal assault against the Confederate Army of Tennessee under Gen. Joseph E. Johnston and travel to the Atlanta History Center to be treated to an exclusive lecture by Dr. Gordon Jones, an authority on the battle of Atlanta and a military history curator of the Atlanta History Center.

You will hear remarkable biographies of notable men and women from their resting place in Oakland Cemetery, and the unique and fascinating story of the Great Locomotive Chase from Marietta, where Union volunteers stole a locomotive and ran roughshod for nearly ninety miles with Confederates in hot pursuit. All this and more, including sweet Christian fellowship throughout, when you join us in Atlanta. (Mr. Potter speaks at the TTD conference in Atlanta April 28-30.) Separate registration required.
“It was so wonderful to hear about history from a Christian perspective and to fellowship with other Christians!” —Traci W. (2015 Shores of Lake Erie Tour, Ohio)
Meet us on the shores of Lake Erie as we introduce you to three notable and unique men: Captain Oliver Hazard Perry from the War of 1812, Rutherford B. Hayes, the 19th President of the U.S., and boyhood misfit turned genius, Thomas Edison. Each of these remarkable men shaped our nation in such a significant way that the impact was felt around the globe. We will also visit Johnson’s Island, site of great escapes and spiritual revival among Confederate prisoners held there during the Civil War and have a very special dinner with veterans at the Ohio Soldiers Home (Mr. Potter speaks at the TTD conference in Sandusky May 12-14.) Separate registration required.
