Join Us in New Orleans at the WWII Museum for a Veterans Celebration Dinner!
We are still reeling from the overall experience. We especially enjoyed having the opportunity to interact with the veterans. Stories need to be forever told lest we forget what was done for us, and at what price. The banquet was the icing on the cake.” —Jeff R. |
uesday, June 6 marks the 74th anniversary of the Allied Invasion of Normandy on D-Day. With precious few WWII heroes still with us today, we are thrilled to bring you a truly singular opportunity to meet with some of these remaining men and hear their stories during a special D-Day Tribute Banquet — the culmination of our D-Day and Great Battles Tour. Listen to special guests Herb and Ed Griffin as they share their exciting stories and testify of God’s amazing grace in their lives. Also enjoy live period music, and get fully immersed in the spirit of the 1940s — come in costume!
Landmark Events historian Bill Potter will bring an inspiring message and tribute to the courageous and dutiful men of WWII, without whom, Western Civilization would have been lost.
The presence of the WWII veterans was the highlight of this tour. My sons will remember their time visiting with Mr. Griffin for the rest of their lives—and so will I. This tour afforded us the chance to spend time with—not just meet—real heroes. Landmark Events put together a terrific package that we will remember forever.” |
