Goodbye Athens—Hello Augusta!
e’ve revamped our Georgia history tour in light of venue closures, adding a fun and informative trip down the historic Augusta Canal aboard a Petersburg boat! During our cruise, Mr. Potter and a local guides will narrate, highlighting the 19th century textile mills, the Confederate Powder Works and two of Georgia’s only remaining 18th century houses. You’ll want to keep an eye out for the abundant wildlife including heron, otter and even the occasional alligator!
