America’s Oldest
Undefeated Warrior Still Afloat

There is something profoundly moving about stepping aboard a ship that has outlived generations of nations, presidents, and empires. The USS Constitution—affectionately known as “Old Ironsides”—is the oldest commissioned warship afloat in the world—a living witness to the courage and resolve that secured America’s independence. Although launched after the Revolutionary War, she was built by the very generation that won our freedom and sailed by men determined to preserve the liberty purchased at such great cost.

During our Boston tour, August 3-7, you’ll walk her weathered decks, stand beneath her towering masts, and imagine the sailors who defended the young republic against overwhelming odds. As Dr. Bill Potter brings her remarkable story to life, you’ll discover how America’s first generation understood that liberty demanded both courage and sacrifice. Few places so powerfully connect the ideals of 1776 with the determination to defend them for generations to come. Join us this August as we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary where that legacy still lives.

The USS Constitution first launched in 1797
