Herb and Ed Griffin
The Griffin brothers are our guests of honor at Friday night’s banquet onboard the USS Yorktown. These delightful WWII veterans’ love for the Lord is obvious to all that meet them.

William Moultrie
William Moultrie was most famous for his victory over British naval forces on Sullivan’s Island in June of 1776. Later urged to quit the Patriot cause and offered a command in the British army, his response was amazing! Read the details of the exchange on our 2014 Charleston tour recap.

John L. Girardeau
A clear and gentle preacher to slaves, Girardeau took up his ministry in 1854, when there were thirty-six members at Second Presbyterian Church. By 1860 there were over 600, with a regular Sunday attendance of 1500. We will visit Girardeau’s grave and learn the inspiring story of this great preacher of the Gospel!
