Please Pray for Bill Potter

Dear Landmark family,

I’m writing you today with a personal appeal for your prayers. Our beloved friend and Landmark Events’ lead historian, Bill Potter, is scheduled for a major surgery tomorrow. We are praising the Lord that this issue was discovered during physical exams and not on his scheduled flight over to Scotland next week or out on the remote island of Iona. Many of our children have grown up listening to Mr. Potter tell of God’s mighty hand on tours and in recordings.

For those who have walked with Bill across the country and around the world on tours, you know first-hand the amazing depth and breadth of his knowledge, dispensed in a warm and winsome way. His gentle manner and quick wit make you comfortable the moment you meet him and you soon realize you are in the company of a very extraordinary, ordinary man. Would you join me in asking the Great Physician to superintend over the medical team as they care for Bill and that he would have a quick and complete recovery?
