There’s Still Time to Join Us in North Carolina!

oin us as we head to the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina to explore the wide variety of interesting and important events that make this strand of land so unique. We will visit Fort Raleigh, site of the “Lost Colony” of Roanoke, traverse the sands of Kitty Hawk where the Wright brothers developed the very first airplane, and travel down the barrier islands to Cape Hatteras Light Station, the iconic lighthouse that warns mariners of the treacherous Diamond Shoals which have wrecked so many ships it’s been termed “The Graveyard of the Atlantic.” We will also visit gravesites of British sailors, victims of a German submarine attack just offshore in WWII and learn about the 1864 Battle of Plymouth and the Civil War’s most successful ironclad ship—the CSS Albemarle.

Fellowship, Fun and Facts

• Fellowship We’ve rented a private home in Nag’s Head to facilitate some sweet fellowship we’ve all been missing. Join us there Friday evening for dinner and discussion.
• Fun A seashore full of sand dunes, ships and great stories! We’re bringing souvenir gliders for the kids also!
• Facts No politically correct fairy tales—we teach from source documents and interpret those facts from a distinctly Christian worldview.

In a time where the truth seems elusive and liberty to be losing its luster, we all could use some refreshment and encouragement. Join us to remember the works of the Lord and rest in His faithfulness. You will be glad you did.
