eorge Washington, Patrick Henry, James Madison, Thomas Jefferson, James Monroe... visit the incredible historic homes of these larger-than-life American icons and more, all on the Resist Tyranny Tour, next month October 18-22. We’ll visit the homes of four of the first five Presidents, and seek to understand what shaped them and how they interacted with kings and cohorts that desired to lord over our fledgling country. We’ll also examine the lives of Samuel Davies and Peter Muhlenberg, two great preachers who brought the Word of God faithfully to their flocks, germinating a fierce, lawful resistance to tyranny. Along the way, we will introduce you to some lesser-known, but no less valiant, heroes and heroines of freedom, and wrap it all up with Highland Games in the park and a Saturday afternoon picnic at the Potters’ place!
