Military historian Bill Potter will lead the tour walking the grounds of the Andersonville Civil War Prisoner of War Camp and cemetery. We will visit the state-of-the-art National Infantry Museum and the Civil War Naval Museum in Columbus. Thursday and Friday nights will feature lectures and artifact displays and we will conclude the tour at Horseshoe Bend National Military Park in east central Alabama.
This is a car tour. Landmark Events has arranged all logistics and venue admissions. Registrants provide their own transportation, accommodations and meals.
